At SILIAX London, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with an easy and straightforward returns process.

🔄 Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• To start a return, contact us at support@siliax.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Please note that shipping fees for express delivery are non-refundable.

📦 Exchanges

• If you need a different size or colour, simply mention this in your return request. We’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to stock availability.

• Sale items marked “Final Sale”

• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer
